The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, efficient and attentive. They go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable as possible. The location is breathtaking, with plenty of activities available if you want to get out into the dunes. The room was spacious and comfortable with room service arriving in a timely manner. The attention to detail was fabulous, like putting toiletries and shoes on little mats/ towels to keep it all tidy. Beautiful bed linen with a medium firm mattress and plenty of pillows. Walking through the grounds of the hotel was a pleasure, with every turn a treat for the eyes and whizzing around on the golf buggies was great fun to get between the pool, spa and various restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious with lots of fresh fruit, salads, cold meats and cheese options alongside the extensive breads, pastries, cereals, egg station etc. There were different daily local Asian, Indian and Arabic dishes to choose from, which was a wonderful opportunity to try new flavours. The newly opened infinity pool is adults only, with a stunning outlook and this was just beside one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've ever used. The gym staff were super helpful and the pool attendants friendly and available. Lovely little touches abounded within the hotel. The pool has extra suncream if you'd forgotten some, glasses cleaning solution, ice lollies and cold face towel were offered around at the hottest part of the day. The spa had herbal welcome and post-treatment teas served with dates which could be taken on the terrace to watch the sunset. The list goes on.... Many thanks to all the staff and management for their attention to detail and customer services. I very much hope to return in the near future.

One of the most beautiful and unique hotels my family and I have ever visited, everything was exceptionally perfect at this beautiful place in the middle of the desert, the food, property, staff friendliness, hotel room and everything else. There is absolutely nothing negative to mention. As mentioned before all the staff was great but some names stuck with me, first there are the guys at the pool bar, Amila & Krishnan who were super friendly and very attentive. Then there was Kishor and Rajneesh from the Mediterranean restaurant near the pool, who were also very great in service and very helpful. Then there was Dulan at the Suhail steak restaurant who was the waiter who served my family and me for dinner, he was a 10/10, as working in the hospitality and F&B sector myself I know what to expect and pay attention to when visiting such a high class restaurant and without exception he fulfilled all the criteria, his professionalism, friendliness, attentiveness as well as knowledge about the food and place was just incredible, I can see him being a great F&B Manager at some point in his career. Thank you again to all the people at Anantara Qasr al Sarab Desert Resort for providing such an unforgettable experience!

Wow! Thus has to be on the most exceptional hotels in the world. From the moment of arriving at the gateway to the estate and the impressive drive along the road through the sandunes, everything was magical about this place. From checking in onwards, we have never been treated so special. Absolutely everyone made the experience amazing. A stunning room, balcony, restaurants, infinity pool and trips into the desert. All were amazing. This is one hotel we shall never forget. There is surely nowhere like it.

I liked that is was truly in the desert and remote which made the experience magical. What made it special was the staff. I lost my mobile phone during a dune buggy ride and when I thought all was lost, dune guide Tabish and security Bisal went into the desert the next morning and found it! It was a miracle! Thank you so much for your dedication and care shown to your guests.
